Reservations may be made by visiting our web site at www.Express85.com or by calling (334) 887-8595. Phone reservations can be made between the hours of 6:00AM and 8:30PM (Central Time) - 7 days a week. Online reservations can be made anytime at www.Express85.com. However, reservations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance to guarantee the availability of your preferred shuttle. If you make a successful reservation online you are guaranteed a seat even if it is inside of the 24 hour window. Passengers traveling without reservations are welcome to travel with us but, please note, you will be subject to shuttle availability and limited locations.

Passengers traveling FROM the Atlanta Airport should follow the airport signs from your airline terminal or baggage claim area to the Ground Transportation Center. Once you have exited the ticketing and baggage claim area, please follow the signs and proceed to the Green Isle for Shared Ride Shuttles. Express 85 will be located in Parking Spaces 12 through 15 on that Green Isle. Just near the pickup location, there are plenty of places to sit down and relax while waiting for the shuttle. Expect to see your shuttle clearly marked with Express 85 logos no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. If at any time you need additional assistance or instructions finding this location, please call our office at (334) 887-8595, or email info@express85.com.

Pet Transportation Policy

Pets accompanied by a passenger is half the adult fare. We know your pet is an important member of the family but it is important to follow our transportation guidelines to keep your pet safe and secure. Pets must travel in a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) approved shipping kennel and proper notification must be made to our office. A reservation must be made before the time of travel. The kennel must have enough room for your pet to stand and sit erect without the head touching the top of the container and turn around and lay in a natural position. Kennels that will fit underneath the seat in front of you can be carried into the main shuttle cabin. At no time should the pet be out of the kennel during transport on an Express 85 shuttle. If a kennel cannot fit underneath the seat in front of you or the driver determines that there is a safety threat to other passengers or the driver, then it must be kept in the shuttle luggage compartment.

The maximum weight for a pet carried on our shuttle is 50 pounds.

Child Transportation Policy

Children that are accompanied by an adult and are under 10 years of age will be charged half the regular fare from the specified pickup location. Children traveling without a parent will be charged full price and the driver will be responsible for getting the passenger to the designated airport drop off airline location.
