the pickup location, there are plenty of places to sit down and relax while waiting
for the shuttle. Expect to see your shuttle clearly marked with Express 85 logos no

your travel. Failure to do so will result in a full fare being charged to your credit card.
-
We are extremely sensitive to any flight delays and request that you give us as much information
as possible about your flight (including arrival time, airline, and flight number) so we can plan
accordingly if a flight delay or other event occurs. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, we
will do our best to make any necessary accommodations for you based on the information we have.
Subject to availability, this includes moving you to a later or earlier shuttle so please make contact
with our office to confirm any changes.
Baggage Agreement:
-
Baggage is limited to two checked and one carry-on plus one personal item per passenger, any baggage
exceeding normal size or any passenger exceeding the number of baggage per passenger will be charged

available space and additional restrictions on certain shuttles. If you have additional questions,
please check with an Express 85 agent for help.
-
A personal item is also allowed in addition to the baggage types listed above. Some examples of personal
items are: purses, briefcases, camera cases, and diaper bags, laptop computers (can’t be checked and must
be carried on), and items of a similar or smaller size to those above.

to your baggage or the contents within your baggage during transportation.
Pet Transportation Policy:
-
We know your pet is an important member of the family but it is important to follow our transportation
guidelines to keep your pet safe and secure. Pets must travel in a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)
approved shipping kennel and proper notification must be made to our office and a reservation must be
made before the time of travel. The kennel must have enough room for your pet to stand and sit erect
without the head touching the top of the container and turn around and lay in a natural position. Kennels
that will fit underneath the seat in front of you can be carried into the main shuttle cabin. At no time
should the pet be out of the kennel during transport on an Express 85 shuttle. If a kennel cannot fit
underneath the seat in front of you or the driver determines that there is a safety threat to other
passengers or the driver, then it must be kept in the shuttle luggage compartment.
-
The maximum weight for a pet carried on our shuttle is 50 pounds.
Child Transportation Policy:
-
Children that are accompanied by an adult and are under 10 years of age will be charge half the regular fare
from the specified pickup location.
-
Children traveling without a parent will be charged full price and the driver will be responsible for getting
the passenger to the designated airport drop off airline location. The driver will not be responsible for
getting the passenger into the airport so please have prior arrangements to have any escorts to meet the
shuttle at the outside skycap location of the airport where the shuttle will be dropping off.
Shuttle Scheduling/Traffic Policy:
-
All trips are by reservation only and Express 85 reserves the right to cancel any shuttle that does not
have reservations made 24 hours in advance or if deemed necessary for certain circumstances.
-
Shuttles do not run on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day and we also reserve the right to limit our
holiday shuttle schedule as deemed necessary. All other shuttles are available 7 days a week.
-
We cannot be responsible for traffic or road conditions due to weather, accidents, road construction,
or flight related issues such as late arrivals, early departures, or other circumstances beyond
our control. Please plan your travels with ample time to account for any delays that may be encountered.
Credit Card Policy:
-
Express 85 requires a credit card to guarantee your reservation. At the time of reservation, your credit
card will be pre-authorized but not charged. This means that we verify the account and fund availability
only. On the day of travel, you will be given the choice to pay with the credit card on-file or with
another payment method. Other payment methods that are accepted at the time of travel are as follows:
cash, check, another credit card, or a combination of any of these methods.
