Pet Transportation Policy:
-
We know your pet is an important member of the family but it is important to follow our transportation
guidelines to keep your pet safe and secure. Pets must travel in a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)
approved shipping kennel and proper notification must be made to our office and a reservation must be
made before the time of travel. The kennel must have enough room for your pet to stand and sit erect
without the head touching the top of the container and turn around and lay in a natural position. Kennels
that will fit underneath the seat in front of you can be carried into the main shuttle cabin. At no time
should the pet be out of the kennel during transport on an Express 85 shuttle. If a kennel cannot fit
underneath the seat in front of you or the driver determines that there is a safety threat to other
passengers or the driver, then it must be kept in the shuttle luggage compartment.
-
The maximum weight for a pet carried on our shuttle is 50 pounds.
