What can I do if I miss the shuttle?
Please call our office as soon as possible. You may be able to meet our driver if the driver is picking up passengers at another scheduled location. We can also transfer you to the next available shuttle.
How much luggage is allowed?
You can take two checked bags and one carry-on. Additional luggage or oversize luggage will be charged $10.00 per bag.
Are pets allowed on the shuttle?
Pets are allowed and must remain in a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) approved shipping kennel. The fee for each pet is one-half the price of the adult fare.
Can I catch the shuttle to/from my home?
We will gladly accommodate your needs by picking you up within the Auburn city limits. There is an additional charge of $20.00 per person charge for this service.
Is there a discounted price for roundtrip?
Our price indicates one way only. We do not offer a discount for roundtrip reservations at this time.
What is the price for my child?
Our policy is that children who are age ten and younger are ½ the price of the adult fare.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Please call our office as soon as possible and we will gladly move you to our next available shuttle.
Do you charge if I need to cancel my shuttle reservation?
We do not charge if you contact us to cancel your reservation before your scheduled shuttle time. Please contact our office as soon as possible if your travel plans change.
Will I be charged if I do not show up or forget to call?
Your credit card will be charged if you do not call or email our office with the cancellation before your scheduled shuttle time.
Are there times you do not run a specific shuttle?
Sometimes we will exempt a shuttle. This decision is made twenty four hours in advance, according to reservations.
Are you open every day of the year?
We are open every day except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
What are your business hours?
Our office is open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. You can call during these hours to make a reservation or you can reserve a seat on the shuttle anytime by going to www.express85.com.

We want to provide the best service possible for our customers. Is tipping the driver necessary?
Tipping an Express 85 driver is NEVER required. If you would like to commend a member of our staff for a great job and comfortable trip, they would greatly appreciate any gratuity. Just let the driver know at the time you get on/off the shuttle or feel free to call the office and we would gladly apply any additional tip to the credit card.

Which location should I choose if I need to park my vehicle during travel?
Need somewhere to park your car during your travels? Look no further than our Express 85 main office. Located at 747 East Glenn Avenue in lovely Auburn, AL, our office offers convenient, free parking that will most assuredly take away some of the hassle of traveling. The only thing that is required is on the day of travel you will need to come into our office and register the vehicle with one of our office personnel.
You use shuttle buses and not vans, why?
We believe that you deserve the very best! We have immaculate buses that are comfortable and more then just a bench seat. You also get a much quieter ride with plenty of leg room, a reclining seat, and overhead storage for your personal items. It's the attention to detail and excellent customer service that sets us apart from the other services. All of our vehicles are cleaned daily, inside and out. We pay particular attention to the things that we think that you will appreciate: clean windows, clean comfortable seats, easy to find seat belts that work properly the way they were designed to. In addition, all of our vehicles are subjected to rigorous regular mechanical inspections that insure your safety as well as your comfort.
